Discussed fees and rates as agreed upon by the customer. These are all needed to ensure billing will go correctly and items are added into Time On as agreed upon.

Further agreements

In some cases we have some additional agreements regarding hours with a customer. For example: Fixed amount of hours (or amount) per month that can be used freely. Please describe these agreements underneath.

The rates you will be filling in underneath are per hour, and might differ from the implementation fee of the project. These are the hours that will be filled into TimeOn by our employees and will be invoiced accordingly.

Support rates (per hour)

These are the agreed upon support rates per hour (through our support portal). By default we ask €150,00 per hour for support. If the amount is different, please choose for other and fill in the correct amount.

Consultancy rates (per hour)

These are the agreed upon consultancy rates per hour. These are the default rates for consultancy: Junior €125,00 Medior €145,00 Senior €175,00

Development rates (per hour)

These are the agreed upon development rates per hour. These are the default rates for development: Junior €135,00 Medior €165,00 Senior €185,00
